Product Availability and Pricing
All sod products are subject to availability and are priced according to current market rates. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Southern Acres Farms, LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or product unavailability.

Orders and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received. Accepted forms of payment may include credit card, debit card, ACH, or cash/check (if pre-approved).

Delivery and Pickup
We offer local delivery within a defined service area. Delivery rates and scheduling will be confirmed at the time of order. Customers must be present or provide clear instructions for sod placement. Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.
Pick-up orders must be retrieved during designated business hours and on the agreed-upon date. Failure to do so may affect sod freshness and quality.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of sod, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sod or other live plant products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at orders@southernacresfarms.com.

 

Product Care and Liability
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly install, water, and maintain sod after delivery or pickup. Southern Acres Farms, LLC is not responsible for sod deterioration due to delayed installation, insufficient watering, or other post-purchase conditions.

 

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Southern Acres Farms, LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability
Southern Acres Farms, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services provided.

 

Changes to Terms
